Greater Oslo Invitational The Greater Oslo Invitational is a scratch competiton takes place over two courses. The first 18 holes over the championship course at Miklagard and the final 18 over the island course at Tyrifjord. The limited field competition of 54 players, playing in 3 balls, is over 36 holes with no cut. Entrants must have a handicap of 8,0 or better. Entries: • Golfbox Closing Date: • 23:59 on 20.07.09 Field: 54 players • 10 members from Tyrifjord • 10 members from Miklagard • 5 invitations • The remainder of the field will be filled with players based on handicap. Entry Fee: • members kr200 • non-members kr700 Tee times: • from 07:00 both days • players will be seeded after 18 holes based on their first round scores Handicap limit: • 8,0 • in the event of entries being excessive, the clubs reserve the right to reduce the number based on handicap Withdrawals: • any player withdrawing after the draw has been mad will be liable for the entry fee Reserve List: • players on the reserve list who do not receive a place in the competition will be placed on the reserve list • players not willing to remain on the waiting list must withdraw from the competition Prizes Fund: • kr10.800 based on 54 players 2 club: entry fee – kr100/player • there will be a 2 club competition at each course. A player scoring a 2 on any hole on the course will be eligible for payout from the 2 club. The payout will be in the form of a gift certificate at the course played based on the number of 2’s that day. • a hole-in-one makes all 2’s null and void at the course played and collects 100% of the 2 club payout NB. By entering the competition each player accepts the conditions of competition as outlined.
